Paradise Beverages, Fiji’s leading alcoholic beverage manufacturer, has backed up its sponsorship of the 2022 Fijian Drua with the release of a special edition Fijian Drua Fiji Bitter commemorative can.
We’re delighted with this initiative by Paradise Beverages. The co-branded Fiji Bitter and Fijian Drua cans will be a big hit among our fans and supporters.
He continued: "there will be no shortage of ‘talanoa’ topics when they are enjoying their drink responsibly. We are proud of our association with Paradise Beverages and applaud them for this clever sponsorship activation."
Paradise Beverages General Manager, Mike Spencer said the FRU rugby pathway strategy convinced the management team to sponsor.
“Four years ago, Brian Thorburn and John O’Connor, briefed us on the FRU rugby pathway strategy and we agreed that it was indeed a great strategy and came on board as a sponsor of the Fijian Drua and the FRU itself. Fast forward four years, and we are now very excited to be able to continue our sponsorship of the Fijian Drua, the first ever Fijian side in the Super Rugby competition. We at Paradise Beverages will feel very proud when the Fijian Drua run out with the Fiji Bitter logo on the shorts – we hope many Fijians will feel the same way.”
Mr. Spencer says there is no change to the beer.
The creation of the souvenir can is further recognition of the company’s commitment to innovation. On sale from Thursday, the can is expected to achieve strong distribution in both the on and off premise venues.
