DRUA HEAD TO CHIEFS COUNTRY FOR FIRST NEW ZEALAND TRIAL

Drua Fans in New Zealand's North Island will get a chance to see their favourite players even before the 2026 season kicks off, as the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua take on the Gallagher Chiefs in a pre-season trial at Mount Maunganui on Friday 30 January. The highly anticipated clash with the 2025 grand finalists at Blake Park will serve as a crucial buildup for the 2026 Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific season. The wider Fijian Drua squad will travel to New Zealand for the trial, allowing the coaches to test as many players as possible against the Men from Waikato. The trial is scheduled to kick off at FJT 2:00pm (NZT 3:00pm).
